A Tribute to Pamela Hanson
I guess I was about 14 when I found this photo. I bought it for like 10 cents.
I grew up in New Jersey. On weekends, my best friend and I would take the Subway to 9th Street in NY and roam aimlessly for hours. We made regular stops at certain shops, one of these sold nothing but postcards. I have no idea what it was called, just that it was stacked floor to ceiling with boxes and boxes of postcards.
It was there that I discovered Pamela Hanson’s photographs. And I’ve loved her ever since.
Happy Friday
