The Musical Genius & The Proper Noun Enemy

Her: You remember that song from that band with the weird name that was in that movie from the 80’s that I love about the girl with the short hair that likes the guy with the red hair, but he doesn’t know it because he’s a dumbass and they’re just friends and it’s got that actor that I really like that was later in Pulp Fiction?

Him: Yeah, that was Eric Stoltz and Mary Stuart Masterson in Some Kind of Wonderful. The song was I Go Crazy by Flesh For Lulu off of their Long Live the New Flesh album, also on the Some Kind of Wonderful soundtrack along with The Jesus and Mary Chain and March Violets, remember them?

Later…

Him: So when you get to the corner of Biscayne and 23rd make a left. Then go straight until you pass N.E. 2nd Court. The next intersection is N.E. 2nd Avenue. Make a left and the restaurant will be on your right.

Her: What?! Is that before or after the gas station? Do I have to pass the traffic circle with the Yield sign? Is there a store on the corner? Don’t take this the wrong way but you’re terrible at explaining things!
